Tell Us About Them:

Alex was extremely intelligent, witty, original, inventive, articulate, passionate and had a heart of gold. He was loyal, loving and honorable.

Tell Us About Their Struggles With Addiction:

Alex started abusing drugs in high school by his early twenties benzodiazepines and then opiates, ultimately he died from smoking heroin cut with fentanyl. He hid his struggle and addiction from family and friends. The first and only time he entered rehab was 7 months before he died. We had no idea the severity of his addiction. He was living with me, his older sister at the time of his relapse and death.

What Made Them Smile?

A good joke, a great movie, a good steak, winning, a nice car.

What Do You Miss the Most About Them?

Every single fiber of his mind, body and spirit!

If You Had a Chance to Say One More Thing to Your Angel What Would It Be?

You were and always will be one of the greatest joys life could ever give me. I've always loved you unconditionally!
