Click the link below to add your loved one who passed away to a substance use disorder. Memorials give families and friends the chance to remember the lives of loved ones lost to substance use disorder. Together our stories will increase awareness about the risks of substance use disorder.
After you submit your memorial above it will instantly show up on our memorial map. At that point over the next few days after you add them to our map we will manually add it to our memorial blog where it is easy to view all the tributes. View Memorial Blog
We have a private Facebook grief support group called Heroin Memorial (click here to join) that was created for those who lost their Angel to heaven because of this disease of addiction. Membership in this grief support group is restricted to only family and friends left behind to struggling with their feelings of depression and sense of loss after losing their loved one.
We have an online form where you can submit your own personal memorial tribute of your family member who lost their battle to the disease of addiction. Click Here to submit your public tribute which will be added to our public blog and our social media pages to bring awareness and break the stigma against addiction.
Below is a video we created from pictures that members from the private group gave us permission to use in our public videos to help break the STIGMA around addiction.
