Most caring, loving guy you'd ever meet, he was my 2nd child out of 5...had the cutest curly hair as a baby, he was always happy and go lucky...had so much going for him.

Tell Us About Their Struggles With Addiction:

Adam's struggle intensified after the loss of his 16 year old little brother in 2006 in a car accident, he never got over it and dealt with his pain in this manner.
