Todd was a kind person who would always help people down on their luck. He was a jack-of-all-trades and could fix anything.
Tell us about their struggles with substance use disorder
Todd's addiction began with a prescription for pain meds after he broke his ankle. When he couldn't get them anymore legally, he began using heroin.
What made them smile?
His beautiful granddaughter, River, and fishing were his passions.
What do you miss the most about them today?
His crooked smile, his constant teasing, and his kindness.
