Joey was a friend to everyone. Always a smile for who ever he met.
Tell us about their struggles with substance use disorder
He struggled with depression and anxiety for a very long time. He hide his addiction from most of his friends because he thought they would think less of him and label him, and it is sad to say but a lot of them would have.
What made them smile?
He loved the outdoors, Fishing, hiking, quadding. But his bigger smile was when he spent time with his little sister. He used to say, "She is what I live for"
What do you miss the most about them today?
His smile and how he used to tease me when I was mad at him until he made me smile.
If you had a chance to say one more thing to today what would it be?
I love you and I miss you so much. I would give anything to see you again.
